Shipping Policy

We currently offer complimentary shipping within the United States.

Original artwork is carefully packaged and shipped with tracking. Please allow 5–15 business days for artwork to be prepared and shipped unless otherwise noted.

Oversized works may require a custom shipping quote. Please contact hello@kerrynloesner.com before purchasing to arrange a shipping quote.

International shipping is available to select countries and requires a quote prior to checkout. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or brokerage fees required by their country.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.

All artwork will be shipped un-framed unless otherwise specified. Extra Large artwork (50 x 46, or greater) shipped US or internationally will be removed from their stretcher bars and rolled in a cylinder mailing tube ready for stretching and framing at your local framer. Please contact us if you need assistance locating a local framer.

Prints (coming soon). Prints will be fulfilled by a third party and shipped to you direct.
